Yes, the time has come to create a family blog. We tried the web-site, but that was not as user friendly and everyone could not contribute to that, so we are doing the blog thing. I really think that this will be fun and a good way to share pictures, news, etc. We can also comment on each other's posts instead of having like 20 new emails, each one with a comment from the previous. :)
Bret and Nate already beat me to the first postings - thanks guys! I love the support and enthusiasm. If you don't care to contribute, that is fine, but we will post calendar items and other news this way. For fun I posted Nick and Stef's new little baby, Bret Nicholas, on the slide show ( to the right) for everyone to see the fun pictures. In a week or two I can change it to something else. Also, Ryan is helping me figure out how to post a Google calendar on this so that we can have the pool calendar available here and so that we can see if someone has reserved the pool for something on a particular day. Thanks again for your willingness to try this - it is going to be fun.

YAY! I'm so happy we're doing a family blog! I just started about a month ago with my family and it has really been so rewarding. Thanks Andrea for doing this. We will definitely make this work!
